Talent Acquisition Partner – 3-month Contract

• Source, screen, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles across the organization. • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions that align with team needs. • Utilize creative recruiting tactics such as LinkedIn outreach and job boards to attract top candidates. • Maintain all candidate communications, interview notes, and hiring process updates in our ATS (Greenhouse). • Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical reviews, and debrief meetings with hiring teams. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback at every stage. • Regularly report recruitment progress, metrics, and candidate status to hiring managers and executives. • Jump in on various recruiting and onboarding projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience across various business areas.
- Experience with ATS systems, especially Greenhouse.
- Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online tools.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing company.
