Role Description We are currently seeking a bilingual junior Recruiter to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business. - Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria. - Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner. - Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms. - Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline. - Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes. - Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date. - Complete and submit reports and metrics. - Other administrative activities related to the role. Qualifications - Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. - Up to 3 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remote. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
