Qualifications - Master of Science in Nursing, Doctorate preferred - Active and unencumbered compact RN license or WI RN license - Online teaching experience preferred - Prelicensure nursing teaching experience preferred Requirements - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time while delivering instruction, grading, or preparing instructional materials. - Must be able to frequently move around clinical, internship, lab, simulation, and classroom settings, including hospital, healthcare, or professional facility environments, to engage with students, patients, and colleagues. - Constantly operates office and/or teaching equipment, which may include computers, copiers, medical simulators, patient care equipment, and audio/visual devices. - Frequently uses voice, vision, and hearing to communicate with students, colleagues, and healthcare professionals in person, over the telephone, or through electronic means. - Visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess students’ clinical or professional skills, patient/client conditions, and instructional materials. - Occasionally moves, carries, or lifts up to 25 pounds, which may include instructional materials, equipment, or patient/client-related items. - Occasionally positions self to assist with patient/client care demonstrations, which may involve bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting or crouching. - Must be able to work in environments, which may expose individuals to communicable diseases, bodily fluids. Role Description The key focus for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles.
