Role Description This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee their Shopify store, focusing on optimizing product listings, website updates, and inventory management to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience. Location: Fully-Remote (9 AM - 5 PM EST) We are seeking an E-commerce manager to manage and optimize our client’s Shopify store. This role involves handling front-end updates, product listings, inventory management, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Shopify Management - Manage Shopify store and front-end updates, ensuring smooth operations and up-to-date product listings. - Add and update product descriptions, images, and variants, ensuring all information is accurate and consistent. - Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are correctly represented and availability is accurate. - Product Listings & Updates - Ensure products are properly listed with accurate descriptions, images, variants, and pricing. - Set up new product listings, update existing products, and ensure products are optimized for searchability. - Banners & Collections - Manage website banners, ensuring promotional materials are up to date and optimized for conversion. - Regularly update collections and manage featured products to ensure high-quality user experience. - Product Imagery Optimization - Optimize product imagery for a high-quality user experience and to increase conversion rates. - Ensure that images are properly sized, aligned with brand standards, and look great across devices. - Website & Customer Experience Optimization - Ensure the website is always updated, and product-related issues are quickly addressed. - Monitor and optimize the customer journey, improving the overall online shopping experience. - Lead ongoing CRO efforts by identifying friction points, running A/B tests, and implementing site optimizations to improve conversion rate and overall customer experience. - Partner with the development team to define and prioritize new site functionality, translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable briefs. - Identify and document site issues, logging detailed bug tickets and following through to resolution with developers. - Own QA process for site updates and releases, testing functionality end-to-end to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with Shopify proficiency. - Strong understanding of product listings, inventory management, and website optimization. - Experience managing front-end updates and product uploads within an eCommerce platform. - High attention to detail, ensuring accurate product data and an organized product catalog. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with product imagery optimization and enhancing website user experience.
