• Manage daily online store operations across markets. • Update website content, upload products, set promotions, and maintain catalog accuracy. • Monitor websites to ensure a smooth and error-free shopping experience. • Support UX/UI improvements, customer journey optimization, and A/B testing. • Perform QA testing, identify bugs, document issues, and coordinate fixes. • Work closely with product, development, analytics, design, and market teams. • Support digital projects from requirements to launch validation.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product catalogs, promotions, and website content management.
  • Basic technical skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Good understanding of customer journey, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent English and strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
