• Plan and lead frontend development within your value team, collaborating closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers. • Translate designs into production user interfaces that are accessible, performant, well-tested, and consistent with the rest of the product. • Build prototypes to put working code in front of customers when validating product ideas. • Own web performance on the surfaces you touch, ensuring excellent Core Web Vitals to boost conversion rates. • Champion accessibility across the platform (WCAG 2.2 AA is the baseline). • Contribute to architecture decisions that cross the frontend/backend line, including API boundaries and real-time updates. • Maintain shared standards across a React/TypeScript monorepo through code reviews and technical councils. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system.

• Manage daily online store operations across markets. • Update website content, upload products, set promotions, and maintain catalog accuracy. • Monitor websites to ensure a smooth and error-free shopping experience. • Support UX/UI improvements, customer journey optimization, and A/B testing. • Perform QA testing, identify bugs, document issues, and coordinate fixes. • Work closely with product, development, analytics, design, and market teams. • Support digital projects from requirements to launch validation.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-generated code (from tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot) into a 1.1M+ line production codebase, focusing on improving code integration, QA, and velocity. • Design, implement, and optimize processes for AI-assisted software development, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and automated testing. • Develop and maintain tools and workflows to streamline code review, testing, and deployment of AI-generated code. • Work with stakeholders to define and document current architecture, development practices, and requirements for AI agents. • Support the creation of a data pipeline and architecture to enable business intelligence, analytics, and future AI/ML model training on operational data. • Explore and implement solutions for anomaly detection and real-time monitoring of operational data (e.g., turnstile and access control logs). • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML and agent-based development practices, and coach the team on best practices and new tools. • (Optional/future) Contribute to the development of proprietary models or data products leveraging unique datasets.

• Own the technology roadmap, architecture, and long-term technical vision. • Ensure the platform scales securely across customers, projects, and devices. • Lead architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, integrations, data models, and access-control logic. • Balance innovation with operational stability in a safety-critical environment. • Lead and scale the engineering, QA, technical ops, and architecture teams. • Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Customer teams to align delivery with real-world job-site needs. • Establish and continuously improve SDLC, release management, and quality practices to ensure predictable delivery without sacrificing security or reliability. • Own the security and compliance posture, including SOC 2 audits, customer security reviews, and internal security. • Maintain and evolve policies around access control, data ownership, encryption, and auditability while partnering with leadership, legal, and external auditors on compliance and risk management. • Own cloud infrastructure, uptime, monitoring, and disaster recovery to ensure high availability for customers operating live construction sites. • Drive operational excellence around incident management, postmortems, and continuous improvement. • Take technical responsibility for the fleet of turnstiles, open portals, and handheld devices in the field. • Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering with the CEO, CPO, CSO, and other leaders on company strategy. • Represent the technology vision confidently with customers, partners, and auditors, while building a strong engineering culture grounded in accountability, pragmatism, and continuous learning.

• Create and execute advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources. • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to analyze consumer behavior, product performance, and campaign results. • Characterize and support the development of BI dashboards to visualize data and track key metrics. • Identify trends and provide recommendations to enhance sales and overall performance.

• Own and execute all configuration and development work across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RightRev. • Configure product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, approvals, contracts, and revenue recognition logic. • Extend platform functionality using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and other declarative/custom tools when configuration alone is insufficient. • Troubleshoot issues, manage UAT, prepare and maintain documentation, and support end-user adoption. • Oversee deployments, version control, and change management for CPQ/RCA/RightRev environments. • Act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to translate business needs into scalable configurations or development enhancements.

• Safeguard and maintain the Global Template (GT) for PM, minimizing deviations from the company’s Business Process Documents (BPDs) • Ensure that BPDs are always updated with approved changes • Manage change requests and critical incidents related to the PM stream • Share knowledge and provide guidance to local level-1 support teams • Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and deliver appropriate SAP system configurations • Lead or participate in internal projects introducing new functionalities or improving existing ones • Collaborate with cross-functional, development, and technical teams across multiple global locations • Prepare detailed functional design documents and ensure accurate communication with technical teams • Identify system limitations, propose efficient workarounds, and design long-term process solutions • Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and define objectives for new rollouts • Review and optimize proposed designs to reduce complexity and enhance maintainability • Work with regional and local teams to ensure adoption of globally recommended solutions • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all PM-related project deliverables • Report progress and risks in alignment with project governance processes
