• Manage the full end-to-end hiring lifecycle from sourcing and internal assessments to final placement • Hit monthly placement targets while maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates • Source candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline • Pre-screen candidates through resumes and phone screening to assess fit • Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, and Initial interviews • Prepare profiles, resumes, and correspondence for clients • Manage the interview and selection process • Define job descriptions and document specifications • Monitor projects once launched and track progress until completion • Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and goals • Build rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must have 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Must have client-facing experience as a recruiter
- Able to place at least 4-5 candidates in a month (minimum)
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Computer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems and CRM tools
- Experience in Client Management
- Successful experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment life cycle at the same time.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
