Role Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing IT service management (ITSM) processes, automating workflows, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. - Design, develop, and customize applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform - Implement and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations - Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance concerns - Participate in system upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance - Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts - Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities Qualifications - Must be currently residing in the United States - Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or authorized work permit holder) - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide) - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM - Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Requirements - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices - Familiarity with UI/UX customization within ServiceNow Work Environment - Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options - Must be available to work within U.S. business hours - Occasional collaboration across time zones may be required Benefits - Opportunity for long-term engagement or full-time conversion (if applicable) - Professional development and certification support

They provide leadership and support for Sales, Advisory consultants and Services teams within their region. The DV Delivery Manager is accountable for effective and efficient day-to-day Advisory Services operations, and for driving alignment with the Sales team and Solutions team. What you will do: * Provide leadership for Advisory teams, comprised of senior advisory consultants focused on strategy, platform maturity, operating model design, and transformation enablement. * Build and maintain strong technology relationships with key partner representatives to ensure CDW is top of mind. Expand these relationships to CDW account managers, regional managers, architects and engineers. * Collaborate with Sales, Advisory Consultants, Services Teams and Management to maximize services financial results. * Partner with Sales leadership to support complex pursuits, including opportunity qualification, deal shaping, advisory positioning, estimates, and executive-level client conversations. * Collaborate with practice, portfolio, and delivery leadership to ensure advisory work transitions effectively into delivery and managed services motions. * Manage team members' performance, including professional and technical skill development, through coaching and training ensuring laser focus on achieving current and future client demands while balancing team utilization and profitability. * Ensure team members fully understand their roles and follow best practices in the delivery of services of all solutions across practice(s) and geographies. * Act as escalation point for issue resolution related to team member performance or client satisfaction. * Build and maintain a trusted partner network to deliver additional engineering capacity and skills as needed. What we expect of you: * Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' experience delivering large scale, enterprise class technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support.
