Create an inclusive, welcoming, and productive team culture and work environment. • Lead the team of curriculum content developers in building and launching products. Manage projects, creating roadmaps and milestones and allocating resources. Standardize workflows, development processes, and pedagogical approaches. • Set goals and metrics, develop evaluation plans, collect, analyze, and act on data from a variety of sources (pilots, surveys, focus groups, observations). Quantitatively and qualitatively monitor product adoption, usage, retention, and satisfaction and use this data to inform product strategy, features, and improvement. • Review and provide feedback on curriculum products in development and manage an external review process using subject matter experts and teacher reviewers. • Develop effective partnerships and working relationships within and outside of the organization. Collaborate with colleagues in software product management, design, engineering, marketing, data, and others. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, to leadership, and with development teams. • Maintain a deep understanding of what 6-12 students need to be engaged with and learn from CS and AI curriculum. Understand what districts, schools, and partners need from 6-12 curriculum to implement and promote it. • Actively represent Code.org values. Contribute to the Product and Engineering team and Code.org practices, rituals, and culture.

  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing 6-12 learning products (ideally CS and AI-focused), including for use at scale. Ideal candidates will have experience as a product manager in the 6-12 ed tech/curriculum provider space as well as curriculum development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager, or equivalent experience acting as a regular mentor to members of a team or managing contractors.
  • Deep knowledge of CS and AI concepts relevant to, at a minimum, the 6-12 grade bands of the CSTA standards and the AI Literacy Framework. Fluency in at least one text-based programming language (e.g. Python or JavaScript) is required.
  • Direct experience teaching CS and/or AI, particularly in grades 6-12, preferred.
  • Deep and up-to-date understanding of curriculum development principles, ideally with an understanding of how to design effective 6-12 learning experiences in online and blended environments.
  • Experience using product, market, and customer data to make product decisions.
  • Strong project manager with experience leading, managing, and prioritizing multiple complex projects with multiple components and timelines, ideally with experience using project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of best practices to support equitable classroom environments, and experience with student-centered pedagogy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to thrive and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining cross-functional and cross-org relationships.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to drive clarity through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with significant independence and sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • A bias for action - comfortable starting, iterating, and learning rather than waiting for perfect information.
  • Intellectual curiosity about emerging trends in education, technology, and AI, with a track record of proactively staying ahead rather than waiting for direction.
  • Comfort with risk-taking and a healthy relationship with failure as part of the learning process.
  • Passion for CS and AI education and the Code.org mission.
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Work within the United States

• The Culture squad has a strategic focus on driving and managing culture and engagement across the entire ecosystem. • Our work aims to ensure that culture is experienced, fostered and measured effectively. • In this position, you will act as the PM for internal and third-party Culture tools, serving as the strategic bridge between the People area’s needs and the capabilities of contracted platforms and internal products. • Strategic Vision (Platform Focus): Act not only as a recipient of requests, but as a strategic partner to the People area, prompting discussions about the future of culture and the organization, contributing to the definition of the long-term vision and objectives for the Culture journey, and considering the limitations and opportunities of the platforms used. • Focus on value generation: conduct discoveries, validate hypotheses and use iterative approaches, promoting continuous experimentation and rapid learning to adjust and evolve the product based on user needs. • Identifying Problems/Pain Points and Opportunities: Lead the discovery of user pains and opportunities (employees, HR Business Partners and leaders), proactively engaging stakeholders and collaborating with business areas, UX, development and data to understand and solve user problems. • Identify gaps between tool functionalities and user needs, seeking solutions through customization, new integrations or complementary internal development. • Strategic Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Manage communication and alignment between stakeholders and vendors. Negotiate expectations, timelines and prioritization of platform enhancements and fixes. Additionally, evolve ways of working by mapping process improvement opportunities. • Roadmap and Backlog Management (Integration and Configuration Focus): Plan, update and prioritize the backlog focused on configuration, integration and platform optimization. • Ensure the roadmap is aligned with business needs and the organization’s strategic objectives. • Coordinate priority-setting and continuous backlog updates, ensuring smooth workflow and delivery compliance. • Application of Agile Methods (Process Focus): Implement and apply agile frameworks (such as Kanban) to optimize the use, integration and maintenance of third-party tools and the internal processes that use them. • Communication, Negotiation and Influence: Act as a change agent within People, evangelizing stakeholders about the product mindset (testing, MVPs, hypothesis validation) and helping partner teams prioritize based on value and impact (outcomes) rather than delivery volume (outputs). Have the ability to say "no" with solid reasoning and to negotiate alternative solutions that deliver more value with less development effort.

Senior Product Manager – Casino Aggregator

Trivelta

Building the right solution for you!

Product Manager28 days ago
Full TimeRemoteTeam 201-500Since 2023

Role Description Trivelta is building a SaaS platform equipping sportsbook and casino providers to launch and run their gaming platforms. A core part of that offering is our casino aggregation layer, which connects operators to a wide range of RNG and live casino game providers and gives them the tools to manage how those games are surfaced to end users. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve this domain end to end - from prioritizing and delivering new casino provider integrations, to building the configuration and management capabilities operators rely on to control their casino offering. This role sits close to engineering and owns the product layer for our casino aggregator and games platform. Over time, this domain is expected to mature into a standalone product offering sold independently of the broader Trivelta platform. Responsibilities - Own the product definition and day-to-day execution for Trivelta’s casino aggregation and games platform, spanning both external integrations and internal operator-facing tooling. - Own prioritization across a large and growing set of casino RNG and live game providers. - Lead integrations end to end, from initial technical discovery through implementation, validation testing, and production launch. - Work directly with engineers across multiple time zones to define, prioritize, and deliver casino integration and platform work. - Act as the primary product interface with external casino game providers, aligning on requirements, integration approaches, and timelines. - Partner closely with internal stakeholders to build front-end configuration and management capabilities used by operators to control game availability, settings, and presentation. - Coordinate testing and validation across providers, environments, and devices to ensure games behave correctly in real-world conditions. - Lay the groundwork for this domain to evolve into a standalone product, including roadmap ownership and product-market fit discovery. - Spend meaningful time in the details - integration specs, test accounts, configuration models, provider constraints, and operational edge cases. How You Will Work - Deeply embedded with development teams during implementation. - Involved in release planning, go-live readiness, and provider launches. - Hands-on with QA, regression testing, and issue triage across multiple game providers. - Proactive about identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and scalability risks as the number of integrations grows. - Working closely with internal and external partners to keep delivery moving and expectations aligned. - Understand how integrations, systems, and configurations work well enough to guide tradeoffs, ask good questions, and prevent issues before they reach production. Qualifications - At least 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) working closely with engineering teams. - Proven track record of taking initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments. - Comfortable refining loose requirements into a clear technical spec and translating between technical and non-technical audiences. - Passionate about your craft and committed to delivering exceptional results. - Experience owning complex, integration-heavy product domains. - Solid technical literacy, with comfort discussing APIs, data flows, environments, and testing strategies. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills across many parallel initiatives. - Comfortable working with external business partners on technical topics. - Demonstrated ownership over a product roadmap and its execution. - Business-level English proficiency is required. Nice to Have - Experience launching and scaling a standalone SaaS product. - Exposure to product marketing, go-to-market planning, or PMF discovery. - Experience operating in regulated or multi-jurisdiction environments. Why This Role Matters Casino aggregation is a core value driver for operators. The breadth, quality, and reliability of available games directly impact operator success and end-user experience. This role exists to ensure that Trivelta’s casino offering scales in a way that is reliable, flexible, and commercially compelling - both as part of our broader platform and as a future standalone product. You will have meaningful ownership, direct influence over a key revenue-driving domain, and the opportunity to shape how this product evolves as Trivelta grows. Reporting & Team You will report into the Head of Product and work day-to-day with engineering, QA, commercial stakeholders, and external casino game providers. The scope may evolve over time, but the expectation of ownership and hands-on execution will not.
