• Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success. • Manage strategic projects for existing clients, such as product expansions, re-integrations, and custom initiatives. • Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients' technical setups, business needs, and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term. • Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design. • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact, collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams. • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences. • Oversee cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and QA to deliver on-time and within scope. • Proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers to achieve successful outcomes. • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new product launches.
• Design, build, and maintain full stack product capabilities across backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and internal tools that support Wunderkind Advertising. • Implement supply-side product capabilities such as new placements, trigger logic, refresh behavior, and multi-campaign activation rules across onsite, in-app, and adjacent ad surfaces. • Build frontend and backend workflows that support advertiser and publisher use cases, including segmentation controls, placement configuration, campaign setup, and bulk-edit or operational tooling. • Contribute to demand-side integrations and optimization work, including SSP onboarding, OpenRTB request / response handling, auction logic, curation flows, and traffic-shaping or path-optimization capabilities. • Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate roadmap items into clear technical designs, scoped milestones, and production-ready implementations. • Develop reporting and observability capabilities that improve visibility into bids, impressions, inventory, advertiser outcomes, and platform health. • Write clean, modular, testable code and uphold strong engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, and thoughtful system design. • Help shape architecture and delivery decisions around latency-sensitive systems, event-driven workflows, privacy-aware data handling, and operational reliability. • Support production readiness by contributing to monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for all ASC 606 matters — applying the five-step model across both fixed (subscription-based) and variable revenue streams, maintaining SSP analyses, ensuring proper classification of contract assets and liabilities, and drafting technical memos and positions • Partner with Legal, Sales, and FP&A on new deal structures, contract modifications, and new product launches to assess accounting implications before execution; advise on and operationalize revenue recognition treatment from initial assessment through NetSuite configuration • Oversee the end-to-end billing process — ensuring the billing team timely and accurate invoice in accordance with contract terms, managing the Salesforce-to-NetSuite data flow, enforcing billing controls, and resolving disputes and credit memos in coordination with Sales and Customer Success • Manage the collections function including A/R aging oversight, dunning communications, and escalation management; monitor DSO, aging buckets, and bad debt exposure; own the CECL reserve analysis under ASC 326 in coordination with the Controller • Own the monthly revenue close including journal entries, reconciliations, customer-level deferred revenue rollforwards, and MoM variance analysis; support FP&A with revenue inputs for forecasting and investor reporting as needed • Maintain year-round audit-ready documentation across all revenue accounts; manage external auditor relationships on all revenue-related and order-to-cash matters; coordinate PBC schedules and respond to technical inquiries • Serve as the functional owner of NetSuite revenue modules — maintaining revenue arrangements, recognition rules, and SSP allocations; oversee integrations with Salesforce and billing/collections platforms • Identify and lead initiatives to automate manual accounting workflows within Revenue — not just incrementally improve them, but fundamentally redesign them for scale. • Directly manage a team of revenue accounting, billing, and collections professionals; build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement; invest in the professional development of direct reports.
• Prepare and manage the more complex corporate accounting areas, such as internal-use-software capitalization, hosting, leases, intercompany, and intangible assets • Support accounting for certain revenue streams, such as core-subscription, text messaging and advertising revenue • Perform and review key account reconciliations, rollforwards, and accounting analyses across high-impact accounts • Research accounting guidance (e.g., ASC 350-40, ASC 606, ASC 842,) and update technical memos to support new facts and circumstances • Perform monthly variance and fluctuation analyses; translate accounting activity into clear explanations of business drivers • Actively seek out and implement AI tools and automation to eliminate manual effort — without compromising internal controls or accuracy • Redesign spreadsheet-based workflows for speed and scalability; build and maintain process documentation suitable for audit and SOX-equivalent review • Support interim and year-end audit processes; maintain audit-ready documentation across all owned areas at all times • Assist in managing 1–2 accounting professionals and review their work; provide technical coaching, work product review, and ongoing development feedback

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving retention and building healthy client relationships. You will be given tremendous responsibility early on, immediately start to build a network of relationships from leading agencies, and have the chance to directly contribute to the explosive growth of Wunderkind as a key player in the market.
