Product Manager – Reporting
Nymbus
• Own the roadmap and ongoing evolution of standard reporting available within the Nymbus core banking platform. • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into product enhancements. • Identify opportunities to expand reporting capabilities and improve usability, accessibility, and analytical value. • Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for reporting features and enhancements. • Manage client-facing and internal documentation for standard reports. • Manage the reporting product backlog and prioritize work to maximize client value. • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming using Jira. • Coordinate work across multiple report developers and engineering teams. • Ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders. • Meet regularly with clients to gather feedback and understand evolving reporting and analytics needs. • Serve as the voice of the customer for reporting capabilities. • Communicate roadmap updates, upcoming enhancements, and reporting capabilities to clients and internal teams. • Ensure reporting deliverables meet defined functional requirements and quality standards. • Oversee QA processes for new reports and enhancements prior to release. • Monitor adoption and usage of reporting capabilities to guide future improvements. • Work closely with engineering, data, product, and client success teams to ensure successful delivery. • Partner with data analytics and reporting developers to design scalable, performant reporting solutions. • Support internal teams with reporting knowledge and product guidance.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis roles.
- Strong experience in core banking platforms or banking operations.
- Experience working with reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data products.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile development processes and using Jira or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience translating client requirements into product features and development work.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience working with fintech or banking technology platforms is preferred.

Role Description Machinify is seeking a Product Manager to own our Coordination of Benefits (COB) product line end-to-end — from product strategy and roadmap to go-to-market, financials, and business outcomes. COB is one of Machinify's highest-impact product lines, serving 85+ health plan clients and driving billions in annual cost avoidance and recoveries.
