Technical Project Manager II

Net Health

• Responsible for client on-boarding and implementation of product platforms including clinical trial requirements, integration, software testing, and training • Establish project teams and provide overall direction for technical projects from initiation through to delivery • Perform project requirements, estimation, and budget management • Formulate project scope and delivery strategies and establish milestones/schedules • Maintain and report project status and monitor progress of all team members • Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all targets and requirements are met • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, technology, business, business administration or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years’ project management experience in healthcare information technology field
  • 2+ years’ experience interfacing directly with corporate clients to understand their business needs, create solutions, and drive implementation of software products
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Strong track record of launching fully responsive products and digital software applications
  • Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly
  • Strong understanding of complex technology concepts
  • 1-3 years’ experience building integrations and APIs is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of and experience with Allscripts and/or Cerner is preferred but not required

Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients both remotely and in person to determine their specific technical requirements. - Interface with OPW Fibrelite’s design engineering team to support technical requirements. - Support customers by visiting job sites for technical support, photographs, or “as built dimensions” for ongoing or prospective orders. - Assist in development, planning, and updating of overall project schedules as required. - Attend/direct regular scheduled meetings. - Collaborate with OPW’s manufacturing team to expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements. - Prepare and provide product demonstrations to display Fibrelite C & I product capabilities at customer locations, on jobsites, or in OPW’s manufacturing facility. - Provide after sales support, including training customers on product use and troubleshooting technical issues. - Identify process improvements and contribute ideas that make the team more efficient. - Attend industry trade shows and events, as necessary.
