Job Description

Director, Website & Marketing Operations – B2B

Quantinuum

• Own site roadmap, IA/navigation, key journeys (enterprise, government, partners, developers), and conversion goals. • Manage releases, QA, accessibility, privacy/cookie compliance, tag governance, and integrations (MAP/CRM/analytics). • Run continuous experimentation (A/B tests), landing page standards, form strategy, and funnel improvements. • Drive technical SEO, content SEO enablement, paid search governance, and reporting; manage agencies/vendors as needed. • Own the MAP (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot) configuration, templates, programs, scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage definitions. • Build/operate drip programs and lifecycle flows aligned to technical buyer journeys; partner with PMM and field on content and sequencing. • Define SLAs with RevOps/Sales, ensure fast routing, notifications, feedback loops, and closed-loop reporting. • Own segmentation architecture, enrichment, dedupe, consent, and governance across CRM/MAP. • Maintain dashboards for web+ funnel performance; deliver insights leadership trusts (pipeline impact, velocity, efficiency). • Standardize intake, campaign setup, naming conventions, QA, launch checklists, and post-mortems.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Minimum
  • Minimum 8-12+ years in marketing ops/digital/web roles in B2B tech; experience with complex, technical audiences.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status

Role Description The Sr. GTM Technology Specialist (internally titled Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist) serves as the primary architect and administrator of Aledade’s Growth technology stack. You will be the "fingers-on-keys" expert responsible for the health, integration, and optimization of our sales and marketing tools (including Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong).
