VMS Program Manager
Medical Solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all VMS-related activities • Lead VMS configuration, setup, and optimization during client onboarding • Manage ongoing system administration and operational support • Partner with clients to optimize VMS usage and program growth • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions • Configure and maintain VMS modules, workflows, and permissions • Administer and support integrations between VMS platforms and systems • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, and analytics • Manage relationships with VMS technology providers
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Hands-on experience configuring or administering VMS platforms
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs and supplier management models
- Experience supporting system integrations across HR or workforce technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business solutions
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across operational, technical, and client-facing teams
- VMS platform certification or formal system training is a plus

Have a deep understanding of at least one of these three disciplines, built upon prior experience and education. • In all areas of operations, cooperate and communicate with assessment staff (full time and contractors), other project managers, project directors, software engineers, and other members of the Gordian team. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide technical mentoring of assessment staff. • Act upon any other assignments necessary for the success of the larger team, as deemed appropriate, and commensurate with the skills, experience and capabilities of the Project Manager.

• Lead Motion’s CUI compliance program implementation and operationalization through formulating, organizing, coordinating, directing and monitoring program activities • Collaborate and partner with business executives, leaders, functional stakeholders and organizations • Direct coordination and oversight of applicable CUI controls performance and provide direct mentoring and training as a deep domain subject matter expert • Provide periodic accurate and timely reporting status, of compliance posture metrics, schedule, and challenges and program needs • Maintain Motion documentation, including System Security Plan (SSP), Plans of Action and Milestones (PO&AMs), control implementation guidelines, processes, and procedures • Promote and foster a culture of integrity and compliance aligned with ABB's global integrity program
