• Implement energy efficiency programs by supporting or leading data management, reporting, cross-team collaboration, and assisting with invoicing, accruals, and forecasting. • Engaging directly with contractors to support program participation • Deliver successful energy efficiency programs to utility client(s) per contract terms and program budgets. • Quantify, track and help drive program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time. • Continuously assess project progress to goal and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics. • Develop, manage, and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders. • Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues. • Interface with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needs. • Other duties as assigned.

• Develops strategies and procedures to fulfill ASME BPVC III quality oversight and functional responsibilities. • Leads and supports the development of common platform processes that may be used to execute NuScale ASME BPVC III and other quality assurance responsibilities. • Provides comprehensive guidance and interpretation of ASME BPVC III requirements; assists Engineering and Supply Chain activities associated with the NuScale ASME BPVC III program. • Effectively influences decision-making within the Engineering and Supply Chain organizations to ensure the successful execution of the overall NuScale ASME BPVC III program.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery strategy for all TrainAI programs supporting the strategic client. • Serve as the executive delivery owner, setting long-term direction and ensuring alignment with the client’s priorities. • Oversee complex workstreams including annotation, labeling, linguistic validation, data operations, and ML pipeline support. • Act as the senior point of contact for the client’s program, product, engineering, procurement, and quality teams. • Lead QBRs, strategic planning discussions, and executive-level communications. • Build multi-level relationships that position RWS as a trusted strategic partner. • Ensure delivery KPIs, SLAs, quality targets, and performance metrics are consistently achieved. • Own P&L for the strategic client’s account, including revenue forecasting, profitability, pricing models, and cost management.
