• Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution across the employee lifecycle • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Finance, Payroll, IT tools) • Configure and optimise Workday modules to support evolving business needs while maintaining system integrity • Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual processes • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality.

• Lead the design and development of a C#‑based SDK for data migration, delivered as a DLL and integrated into multiple desktop applications • Define and implement migration workflows, including progress tracking, error handling, recovery, and retries • Develop and maintain desktop UI components using WPF and/or .NET MAUI • Design clean, reusable, and well‑documented public SDK APIs • Integrate the SDK with web services (authentication, provisioning, backend endpoints) • Implement secure and reliable file transfer mechanisms for large volumes of data • Ensure compatibility with .NET Standard 2.0 and legacy desktop environments • Collaborate with other engineering teams • Act as a lead, providing guidance, code reviews, and best practices • Ensure high standards for performance, stability, security, and testability

• Help work on large, isolated power systems integrating gas turbines, BESS, reciprocating engines, and other generating technologies • Support Owner’s Engineer and design teams on large, isolated power systems • Provide independent technical oversight of plant control philosophies • Review and challenge dynamic studies, control narratives, plant controller strategies, and protection philosophies • Validate integration between GT controls, BESS EMS/PPC systems, SCADA, etc. • Engineering design reviews, technical due diligence, project development support, and conceptual design

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of mechanical and plumbing engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across data center projects • Drive innovation and standardization efforts by evaluating new technologies, materials, and vendor solutions to improve performance, reduce cost, and enhance scalability • Oversee technical review and approval of equipment submittals, ensuring alignment with company standards and coordination across disciplines • Partner with regional design and execution teams to capture lessons learned, evaluate deviations from Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), and incorporate improvements into future designs • Develop and standardize mechanical and plumbing system sequences of operations (SOOs) in coordination with controls and automation teams • Lead value engineering efforts, providing recommendations that balance cost, constructability, reliability, and long-term operational performance • Create and implement tools, templates, and processes that improve engineering consistency, efficiency, and quality across projects • Establish and standardize commissioning requirements and documentation to support successful system startup and turnover • Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure designs support maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle performance • Support company sustainability goals by optimizing mechanical and plumbing system designs for efficiency and resource use • Provide technical oversight and guidance on system layouts, infrastructure planning, and integration within complex data center environments • Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practices, technical consistency, and professional development across the team • Support cross-functional coordination with architecture, electrical, procurement, construction, and operations stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational objectives
