• Lead and coach a team of Trust & Safety Analysts across Fraud Operations and Disputes workflows. • Own daily operational performance across fraud alerts, transaction monitoring, manual reviews, disputes, escalations, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence. • Act as the senior operational escalation point for complex cases, ensuring decisions are timely, consistent, and risk-based. • Drive high standards of communication, structure, and follow-through across the team, ensuring priorities, risks, escalations, and decisions are clearly documented and communicated. • Partner closely with the L2 Analysts to improve decision quality, run calibration sessions, identify knowledge gaps, and ensure analysts are aligned with internal policies, risk frameworks, and card network rules. • Use QA insights, operational data, case trends, and analyst performance data to coach the team, improve playbooks, and strengthen decision-making across fraud and disputes workflows. • Identify fraud and chargeback trends, operational bottlenecks, control gaps, and emerging risks, then turn these insights into clear action plans and measurable improvements. • Lead strategic initiatives across Trust & Safety Ops, including process redesign, workflow optimisation, playbook development, tooling improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled operational enhancements. • Collaborate with other teams to improve fraud controls, dispute outcomes, customer experience, and operational scalability. • Create a high-accountability team culture where ownership, responsiveness, operational discipline, and proactive problem-solving are the standard.

• Utilize the transaction monitoring and/or blockchain analytics solutions to independently analyze and assess activity or patterns of activity that do not commensurate with the customer’s profile or expected behaviour. • Review blockchain wallet screening as well as KYT alerts and/or investigations to include on-chain activity to determine if the customer activity presents risk indicators. • Independently conduct open source searches as applicable to the relevant customer(s), counterparties, and/or transactional activity. • Analyze transactional activity, along with information collected through internal systems, blockchain screening tools, and open sources and use sound judgment, decision-making skills in making reasonable and well supported alert dispositions with adequate conclusions. • Prepare clear and concise alert and/or case dispositions of potential suspicious activity detected for a Suspicious Matter Report (SMR) consideration. • May be required to draft Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) • Discuss potentially unusual findings with the Team Lead, Sr FIU Manager, Head of FIU, and/or appropriate Head of Compliance to determine the proper course of action. • Ensure that transaction monitoring alerts, case investigations and SMRs are completed/submitted within the established deadlines and SLAs.

• Manage, develop, and hire (as needed) a team of KYC Operations Analysts, fostering high performance and operational rigor. • Set individual and team KPIs; provide regular reporting and insights on the health of KYC Operations. • Oversee the end-to-end KYC review process across all MoonPay products, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Own QA frameworks for the KYC team; monitor output quality and implement corrective actions where needed. • Own and continuously improve KYC operational workflows, procedures, and documentation while translating compliance policy into clear, scalable operational processes. • Identify and propose improvements to tooling, workflows, and automation, partnering with Product and senior stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and implement changes that reduce handling time and improve the customer onboarding experience. • Drive strategic alignment across Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations, actively influencing decisions on customer due diligence requirements, risk controls, and future-state onboarding experiences. • Act as the operational domain authority on KYC for the team and adjacent functions - the go-to person for process questions, customer escalations, and operational guidance. • Manage day-to-day operations with identity vendors, partnering with Product and Compliance on vendor KPI performance, workflow logic, change management & ongoing feedback.

• Conduct thorough KYB reviews for MoonPay partners, including information gathering, documentation verification, and risk assessment in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Analyse complex corporate structures to identify beneficial owners and ensure compliance with KYB and AML regulations • Perform adverse media and risk screenings, assessing potential financial crime, reputational, and regulatory exposure • Review partner business models and products to ensure alignment with MoonPay’s internal compliance guidelines • Provide timely, professional support to corporate customers on onboarding and compliance-related queries • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and Enterprise Sales teams to manage escalations and resolve high-risk or complex cases • Act as a KYB subject matter expert and escalation point for customer-facing teams • Develop, document, and continuously improve KYB processes by identifying inefficiencies and driving data-backed improvements • Support KYC onboardings and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required • Contribute to project work, training initiatives, and enablement of teammates or BPO partners as needed

• Proactively surface and prioritize high-impact strategic and operational opportunities and own them end-to-end from scoping through execution • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to define and implement strategy across all MoonPay products, driving increased value for our users, our customers, and our business • Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for the MoonPay leadership team, defining clear hypotheses and building business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our approach • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to define and manage key drivers of business performance, identifying areas of opportunity and incorporating them into your work • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our competitive positioning by using, assessing, and developing insights about peer businesses to inform your recommendations • Deeply understand MoonPay customers and the broader market landscape to uncover insights that inform your recommendations • Use AI tools and drive automation to create scalable solutions that combine a broad vision for what is possible with an understanding of the practical demands that constrain them

• Define the strategic roadmap for MoonPay Institutional, working closely with the business head and senior leadership to prioritize the initiatives that create the most commercial leverage • Lead high-value partnership negotiations and deal structures with institutional clients and financial infrastructure providers • Translate market signals and competitive intelligence into clear recommendations that shape product direction and go-to-market strategy • Drive execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Engineering, holding each workstream to a high standard of delivery • Identify white space opportunities in the institutional crypto market and develop the business case to pursue them

• Design and implement a comprehensive, risk-based global internal audit program inline with IIA International standards and best practices, updated annually and refreshed dynamically as regulatory obligations and business risks evolve. • Provide internal audit coverage of MoonPay's operations, including capital, supervisory controls, AML/KYC/KYT, operational, and capital adequacy obligations, and digital asset custody operations. • Coordinate with external auditors on regulatory audit requirements and maintain regulatory examination readiness. • Present findings, audit plans, and emerging risks to the Board, relevant committees, and senior management

• Pitch and secure coverage across mainstream, tier-1, and industry outlets on an ongoing basis to position MoonPay as a globally recognized brand. • Own the end-to-end press release lifecycle — from drafting and internal review through legal approval, partner sign-off, and wire distribution via PR Newswire. • Build and maintain MoonPay's network of media contacts, proactively sourcing new journalists to cultivate ongoing relationships with key press contacts to drive future coverage • Field inbound press inquiries, coordinating with internal subject-matter experts to provide timely and accurate responses • Track and compile comprehensive media coverage reports and visibility metrics • Write supporting content including blog posts on MoonPay’s Newsroom • Source and draft Assist with award nominations and industry list submissions • Prepare briefing documents and talking points for executives ahead of conference panels, fireside chats, and media interviews • Support speaker logistics for events — registrations, scheduling, and coordination with event organizers • Coordinate across time zones with product, partnerships, legal, and leadership to align on messaging and announcement timing • Manage relationships with PR tools and vendor platforms • Keep the GTM pipeline tracker up to date and flag scheduling conflicts or dependencies

This role sits at the core of our crypto on- and off-ramp business and supports new product launches as MoonPay continues to scale globally.
