• Lead the development and continuous improvement of mechanical and plumbing engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across data center projects • Drive innovation and standardization efforts by evaluating new technologies, materials, and vendor solutions to improve performance, reduce cost, and enhance scalability • Oversee technical review and approval of equipment submittals, ensuring alignment with company standards and coordination across disciplines • Partner with regional design and execution teams to capture lessons learned, evaluate deviations from Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), and incorporate improvements into future designs • Develop and standardize mechanical and plumbing system sequences of operations (SOOs) in coordination with controls and automation teams • Lead value engineering efforts, providing recommendations that balance cost, constructability, reliability, and long-term operational performance • Create and implement tools, templates, and processes that improve engineering consistency, efficiency, and quality across projects • Establish and standardize commissioning requirements and documentation to support successful system startup and turnover • Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure designs support maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle performance • Support company sustainability goals by optimizing mechanical and plumbing system designs for efficiency and resource use • Provide technical oversight and guidance on system layouts, infrastructure planning, and integration within complex data center environments • Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practices, technical consistency, and professional development across the team • Support cross-functional coordination with architecture, electrical, procurement, construction, and operations stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational objectives

• Install and configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and Application Insights across multiple Azure resource types • Configure diagnostic settings and data collection rules (DCRs) to ensure proper ingestion of logs and metrics • Build KQL queries, Azure Monitor Workbooks, and dashboards aligned with client requirements • Configure alerts, action groups, and intelligent alerting pipelines based on approved thresholds • Implement Azure Lighthouse configurations for cross-subscription and cross-tenant observability • Set up incident management tooling, alert pipelines, escalation flows, and RCA frameworks as defined by the client • Build automated remediation workflows using Azure Automation and Logic Apps • Configure AI-driven monitoring solutions, including anomaly detection and dynamic metrics dashboards • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides and runbooks • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable the client team to operate all deployed solutions

Qualifications - BS and MS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. - Currently registered or immediately eligible for registration as a PE. - 12 years + experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably with mining projects. - Strong academic background and solid understanding of soil mechanics. - Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Tailings Storage Facility and Heap Leach Facility design. - Foundations. - Earth dams and levees. - Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. - Motivated to develop business from new and existing clients. - Demonstrated Project Management skills including scheduling and budgeting and the ability to lead, train and mentor junior staff. - Demonstrated technical excellence in geotechnical engineering. - Very good understanding of drilling methods, field investigations, and laboratory testing procedures. - Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, writing, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Superior time management, planning and ability to interact with clients. - Ability and willingness to travel to project sites in the US and internationally - Approximately 15% overnight travel. - Must pass background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy. Compensation Expected Salary (Colorado only): $139,800 - $212,600. • Project Engineering & Consulting (50%): Serve as a team member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation. This includes research, benchmarking, performance and functional testing, reference architectures, sizing, migration, integration, development, and tooling. • Consultative Support (50%): Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users, customers, and prospects, assisting with implementation, onboarding, production launches, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). • Provide architectural, technical, and migration assistance, including hands-on tasks. • Work as a member of the Support Team, handling L1 to L3 cases and communications when not actively assigned to customer projects. • Partner closely with ClickHouse Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to the product roadmap and account plans. • Develop and assist with a wide range of content, including Public and Internal Documentation, Knowledge Base articles, ClickHouse Learning, Reference Architecture, blogs, and benchmark results. • Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members as we grow and scale. • Be available for scheduling and on-call needs to deliver high-quality 24x7 support in a global, distributed environment, including up to 35% estimated onsite regional travel.
