Talent Partner
LatamCent
• Filling 2–5 positions monthly within the first 3–6 months • Building a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) • Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsiveness • Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidates monthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods • Align with CTOs and hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress • Manage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zones • Identify and market MPCs for new opportunities • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and candidates
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets
- You must have personally recruited 50+ software engineers, AI or technical roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Fluent English (C1 or C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 9–5 EST with occasional flexibility for nights/weekends
