Technical Program Manager – POS Platform Enablement
Yum! Center for Global Franchise Excellence
• Lead end-to-end delivery of **large-scale Byte POS deployments**, from planning through go-live and stabilization • Coordinate across **Technology, Restaurant Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, Franchise teams**, and external partners • Drive integrated program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, and cutover • Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and keep complex programs moving forward • Adapt deployment approaches to meet **regional and market-specific needs** while maintaining consistency and quality • Communicate program progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders • Capture learnings from deployments and improve repeatable rollout playbooks
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in **Technical Program Management or related roles**
- Experience with **POS, restaurant, or retail systems**
- Proven ownership of **large, complex technology deployments** in enterprise environments
- Strong technical fluency across **software systems, integrations, and infrastructure**
- Experience managing **global or multi-region programs**
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience working with franchise partners
