Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

• Leverage deep technology, process, and domain expertise to lead execution across multiple interdependent projects • Partner with business stakeholders, functional leaders, and technology leadership to define program objectives • Develop and maintain a multi-phase / multi-release program roadmap aligned to measurable outcomes • Build and organize cross-functional project teams • Lead day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects • Coordinate workstreams to ensure alignment on approach, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria • Provide clear, timely stakeholder communications and progress reporting • Ensure quality of deliverables is validated and meets stakeholder expectations • Perform initial and final financial reviews and ensure ongoing budget planning and tracking
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical program/project management, engineering delivery, or related roles (U.S. roles)
- Proven experience applying project/program management methodologies to deliver measurable business value and drive enterprise change
- Strong knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies
- Experience managing program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and spend governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; synthesizes data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles, and builds actionable mitigation plans
- Project management certification(s) preferred: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent

• Design, expand, and manage life insurance programs, vendors, and strategic partnerships. • Evaluate life insurance products, platforms, and vendors using knowledge of administration and regulatory requirements. • Develop compliant, innovative solutions to address gaps in standard vendor offerings. • Lead and support RFP processes, including requirements development, vendor evaluation, selection, and onboarding. • Plan and execute implementations and integrations for new or evolving life insurance programs and vendors. • Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance through documentation, evidence management, and issue tracking. • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards. • Serve as day-to-day project lead for multiple, complex, regulated initiatives. • Translate business and compliance requirements into project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Track progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate as appropriate. • Define and monitor metrics to assess program performance and priorities. • Act as a liaison across compliance, legal, operations, vendors, and technology teams to drive effective execution.
