Principal Technical Program Manager – Architecture, Trust, Advanced Technology

• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to plan, operationalize, and execute the Chief Architect’s agenda • Ensure tasks are coordinated, progress is consistently monitored, and stakeholders are kept informed • Lead and execute key programs, practices, and projects • Identify, maintain, and grow key partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders • Champion continuous learning and communication through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training • Anticipate bottlenecks, lead escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance needs vs technical constraints • Define organization-wide processes • Help plan and run offsites, conferences, and workshops

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing teams with a collaborative and empowering approach
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with Confluence, Word, SharePoint, Miro, Airtable, GitHub
