Role Description The Senior Program Manager – Technology Implementation leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology implementation initiatives that support customer operations and strategic business outcomes. This role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with customer requirements. This position requires a strategic and delivery-focused leader who can translate customer needs into actionable requirements, guide cross-functional teams through implementation milestones, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Program Leadership & Delivery - Lead the planning and execution of technology implementation programs from initiation through deployment. - Develop program roadmaps, implementation schedules, and delivery milestones to ensure successful program execution. - Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery timelines. - Customer Requirements & Technical Alignment - Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and technical needs. - Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear inputs for engineering and development teams. - Ensure alignment between customer expectations, technical capabilities, and delivery timelines. - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Serve as a primary liaison between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, resolve implementation challenges, and maintain program alignment. - Provide consistent communication on program status, milestones, and risks. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful system integration and deployment. - Support collaboration across technical and business teams to maintain delivery momentum and quality outcomes. - Governance Implementation & Continuous Improvement - Establish and maintain implementation frameworks, delivery tracking mechanisms, and communication cadences. - Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and program delivery models. Qualifications - U.S. citizenship is required. - Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. - MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply. - 10+ years of program and people management experience, leading multiple teams. - 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects. - 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT/software projects. Preferred Qualifications - M.S. in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 12+ years of experience managing complex programs, technology implementations, or large-scale initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical inputs. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple delivery timelines. - Experience supporting large-scale technology or systems implementation programs. - Familiarity with Agile or hybrid program delivery environments. - Strong organizational and strategic planning skills. - Experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow. Pay Range The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $158,819.00 - $269,993.00.

Role Description We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, relationship-oriented Medical Education Program Manager, Diagnostics, Oncology to lead the strategic development and coordination of medical education initiatives supporting our Oncology business. Role Description The Manager of Finance provides support to senior management and the director on accounting matters and leads the full cycle reporting, maintaining and improving processes and controls for day-to-day financial administration of the RC.
