Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Five to eight years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives in a global technology, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across multiple functions.
  • Experience influencing without authority and facilitating decision-making at senior levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • Experience using program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
