Job Description: We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst (Data & Systems) to own the quality, reliability, and usability of data across our revenue systems by elevating the quality of processes driving key data points in our Salesforce and Revenue Tech stack. This role will begin with a deep focus on Salesforce data integrity and evolve into designing how data flows seamlessly through the entire go-to-market (GTM) motion, ensuring reps have the right data at the right moment to drive productivity and revenue outcomes. What you’ll do: - Immediately audit and remediate data quality issues across Salesforce (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities) - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to identify critical data gaps impacting pipeline visibility and forecasting. - Partner with Enterprise Technology and Data Governance teams to build scalable processes for ongoing data hygiene (automation, monitoring, alerting) - Identify where data friction exists and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows. Partner with Enablement to align workflows with rep behavior and adoption. - Optimize field design, page layouts, and automation to reduce rep burden while improving data capture. Define and enforce data governance standards (field usage, required fields, validation logic, deduplication rules). - Own how data moves across GTM systems directly impacting reps - Propose solutions that encompass the rep and leader perspective - Own enrichment strategy (third-party data, firmographics, technographics) and design “just-in-time data delivery” providing the insights at key moments Experience you’ll bring: - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting. Ability to pull data, analyze, and translate into actionable insights. Snowflake and Tableau are a plus. - Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet) and deduplication strategies - Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo) Requirements: - 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles in SaaS environment - 4+ years Salesforce (data model, reporting, automation, governance); CPQ or related Quoting tool experience - Led governance and optimization of Salesforce data ecosystem, including enrichment tools, integrations, and data quality frameworks to ensure reliable reporting, territory integrity, and pipeline accuracy - Skilled in documenting business processes, to align technical and business requirements. Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, and/or Lucidchart for requirements and process documentation - This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
