Principal, Talent Development

Lumin Digital

• Own and evolve Lumin Digital’s employee talent development domain • Design, deliver, and oversee high-impact learning and development experiences • Establish and maintain clear career development frameworks, tools, and learning pathways • Partner with the VP of Talent and Organizational Development • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development needs • Facilitate and oversee virtual and onsite workshops, leadership programs, and team offsites • Coach managers and leaders to strengthen development conversations • Define success metrics for talent development initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field required
  • Twelve (12) or more years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience owning and evolving enterprise or multi-program talent development initiatives
  • Strong background in facilitation, coaching, and leadership development
  • Certification in coaching, facilitation, or assessment tools (e.g., Strengths, DiSC, etc.) preferred
