• 3D Technologists manipulate CT and MRI medical images on highly sophisticated 3D software and specialized “thin” client/server equipment in multiple planes and dimensions for clinical visualization and quantitative analysis of diagnostic and interventional studies. • Independently produce high quality 3D reconstruction and post processing of medical images. • Follow established protocols to create diagnostic images for analysis and diagnosis. • Ensure image quality meets the required standards. • Maintain accurate and complete records, including imaging data and patient history. • Exhibit professionalism when collaborating with other professionals including technologists, doctors, surgeons, and other clinicians to provide accurate views depicting certain anatomy and/or pathology. • Maintain and increase skills and abilities through maintaining the ARRT license.

• Process highly complex cases including TAVRs, Liver volumes, MRI Cardiac, and other specialty cases • Manipulate CT and MRI medical images on sophisticated 3D workstations • Complete training in a hybrid classroom environment • Improve quality and speed in processing patient cases while adhering to company expectations • Follow established protocols and ensure image quality meets required standards • Work collaboratively with other professionals including technologists, doctors, and surgeons

• Develop, test, debug and deploy software applications using modern programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, jQuery, Python, REST APIs, JavaScript, and/or SQL • Design, configure, test, and maintain software applications, including databases and cloud-based solutions. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues efficiently. • Maintain and optimize existing codebases to improve functionality and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement technology solutions. • Work closely with clients to minimize or eliminate bottlenecks in their workflows and develop strategies to make these workflows more efficient. • Design and improve data visualization in user interface to allow users to view and understand their data better. • Develop and configure automation workflows that centralize and automate management of clinical workflows. • Integrate AI-powered capabilities to enhance system intelligence and improve user efficiency • Develop API frameworks for bi-directional communication with other clinical systems • Document code changes, system configurations, test plans, and user reference materials. • Ensure security and compliance standards are met in software applications. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Provide end-user support for application-specific issues. • Provide after-hours on-call troubleshooting of applications. • Works quickly and precisely • Provides guidance to junior software engineers

• Manage the administrative activities involved in virtual training, training reviews, and educational reviews. • Train new hire classes, internal classes, and select protocols to technologists as assigned. • Professionally manage training activities to produce a positive learning outcome with a demonstrated skill in adjusting learning approaches based on learning styles. • Deliver exceptional virtual training experiences using the training sources and materials provided to you through the Learning Management System and Source Libraries. • Assess cases sent from QA and effectively meet with technologist for review. • Follow up when needed to ensure success. • Aid technologist in gaining all necessary competencies needed in training. • Support the technologist as they work towards productivity and quality goals. • Measured successful will include post-training performance of trainees. • Support training activities as assigned to support the 24/7 operational needs of the business. • Mutually agreed upon schedule changes may occur to provide optimal support for all department responsibilities. • Other duties as assigned.
