• Lead facilities and maintenance-related projects including renovations, equipment replacements, and building system upgrades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) • Plan, schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across all disciplines and project stakeholders • Ensure projects meet building codes, safety regulations, and hospitality brand standards • Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to established standards • Oversee project financials, including accurate invoicing and receivables tracking • Partner with hotel engineering teams and vendors to execute on-site projects.
Role Description This is a remote opportunity within the Atlanta area, with a preference for candidates who are within driving distance to Alpharetta. At this time, we are not able to consider international candidates. What You Will Do: - Connect and integrate data sources, develop calculations, and publish dashboards in Tableau Server - Manage Tableau content, including user permissions at folder and workbook levels - Design and build advanced Tableau visualizations using complex calculations, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions - Partner with departmental leaders to develop and maintain customized analytical dashboards - Support the creation and communication of insights to internal and external stakeholders - Assist leadership in delivering financial and operational updates using key performance metrics and benchmarking data - Contribute to the development of operational metrics and benchmarks to drive performance optimization - Prepare materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings, including presentations and reporting packages - Build, enhance, and maintain operating and financial models and analytical reports - Conduct industry-specific research, with a focus on hospitality trends and performance drivers - Provide ad hoc analytical support based on business needs - Support implementation and deployment of business intelligence tools and platforms - Assist with database engineering efforts, including development within SQL and Snowflake environments - Perform additional duties as needed to support overall business objectives Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of analytical experience in a business, finance, or data-focused role - Experience with SQL and Snowflake preferred - Familiarity with engineering or energy-related concepts is a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights - Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders Requirements - Accountable Achiever: You take ownership and deliver results. - Agile Thinker: You adapt quickly to changing circumstances. - Talent Curator: You attract, develop, and retain top talent. - Transparent Leader: You communicate openly and honestly. - Leading with SPIRIT: You embody our core values of Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork. What We Are Looking For: - 8+ years in accounting and 4+ years leading hospitality accounting teams— because hotel finance comes with unique complexities. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, providing the strong foundation this role requires. - Deep knowledge of GL, AP, payroll and hotel-level financial transactions. - Strong experience with balance sheets, account reconciliations, and banking reconciliations. - Experience with third-party management and multiple properties— with the ability to balance owner expectations, brand standards, and competing deadlines. - Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Sage, ProfitSage, Workday, FloQast, and accounting automation tools is a strong plus. • Provide essential administrative and accounting support for capital expenditures across our managed properties • Maintain comprehensive documentation in Coupa/Sage 300 including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders • Audit invoices against budgets and commitments • Support Project Managers by monitoring performance against approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards • Maintain capital project reports and account draws while recommending efficiency improvements for departmental procedures
