Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior .NET Developer to join our Nucleus team. The ideal candidate for this position will collaborate with the Nucleus product team to develop functionalities for the product based on our roadmap utilizing cutting-edge development technologies and following our product development agile methodology. Additionally, the candidate will work on client assignments related to Nucleus implementations or related technology projects. The candidate needs to show proficiency not only in .NET Core framework but have flexibility to develop functionality utilizing Front End Development frameworks such as NEXTJS and Tailwind. Key Responsibilities - Develop custom code that meets the user story requirements, technical architecture, and wireframes utilizing the technologies in which Nucleus is built upon. - Work within a multi-discipline team, composed of technical and nontechnical members. - Participate in the writing of technical/functional specifications, solution design, and code documentation. - Participate in weekly refinement meetings to brainstorm and identify optimal approaches to delivering against client wants/needs/requirements. - Take initiative to research and learn about emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments; and share that information with fellow staff members. Qualifications - 5+ years of development experience with proven success in developing digital, web, online and/or mobile solutions. - Demonstrated knowledge working with C#, NetCore, MVC, Entity Framework. - Demonstrated knowledge developing API services and scheduled jobs. - Experience working with Front End Frameworks such as NextJS and Tailwind. - Experience working with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. - Experience working with feature branches and pull requests in Git. - Experience with relational database design and development such as SQL. - Experience through all phases of development processes from discovery and definition through design and development. - A commitment to clean, well-organized code and code documentation following best practices is mandatory. Requirements - Experience utilizing AI coding agents to accelerate development time without compromising the quality or accuracy of deliverables. - Experience working in SaaS product environments. - Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
