Salesforce AI / Agentforce Developer

Role Description The Salesforce AI / Agentforce Developer will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on leveraging Agentforce capabilities and Einstein AI to build intelligent, autonomous agents and enhance CRM workflows across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds. You’ll combine strong platform development skills (Apex, LWC, Flows) with cutting-edge agentic AI practices (Prompt Builder, RAG, toxicity detection) to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities - Configure Agentforce features for contact center and CRM use cases (Service Console, Omni-Channel, Supervisor Console, Agent Productivity tools). - Design agentic workflows using Agentforce Activator and pre-built skills tailored to roles/industries. - Define future-state architecture that incorporates Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Prompt Store, and Agent Library for reusable AI patterns. - Configure Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud features (object model, validation rules, security, profiles/permissions, sharing). - Apply security-by-design for agent operations (data masking/de-masking, toxicity detection, principle of least privilege).
