Software Engineer – Salesforce Developer
Teladoc Health
• Join a team leading the next evolution of virtual care • Development, administration, and ongoing support of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to design and support Salesforce workflows for lead intake, qualification, routing, and pipeline progression • Support implementation order management processes, including handoffs from Closed-Won through fulfillment/implementation, status tracking, and exception handling using Salesforce objects, automation, and validations • Design, configure, and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support case management and escalation • Build and enhance functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs • Write and maintain unit tests for Apex and regression scripts for Lightning components • Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment workflows to maintain release hygiene • Support monitoring of Service Cloud KPIs, SLA compliance, and recurring issue trends to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Strong expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience configuring support processes: case assignment, escalation rules, email-to-case, and SLAs
- Familiarity with Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud integrations, (e.g., Marketo)
- Experience supporting Sales Pipeline and implementation order management processes in Salesforce (e.g., lead-to-opportunity flow, handoffs, fulfillment/implementation tracking)
- Experience coordinating Salesforce-integrated software applications that support internal Salesforce functions and end-to-end lead processing
- Experience integrating Salesforce data with external reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar BI tools)
