• Architect multi-agent systems capable of autonomous task planning and orchestration. • Implement AI agents that interact with enterprise APIs and business systems. • Develop event-driven Copilot workflows integrated with the Microsoft Power Platform. • Build and customize Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Develop custom connectors and plugins leveraging Microsoft Graph. • Extend Copilot capabilities using Microsoft Teams apps and Power Apps. • Develop LLM-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service. • Implement prompt engineering strategies and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns. • Optimize token usage, model selection, and response grounding. • Design semantic search solutions using vector databases and Azure Cognitive Search.

• Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to development of ServiceNow. • Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform integration and functional testing. • Work with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for the ServiceNow environment development. • Provide excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. • Ability to understand technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. • Create and manage scripts and workflows/flows. • Build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources. • Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms. • Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. • Instruct, assign, direct and check the work of others on the development team. • Participate in development of software documentation and technical reports. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau Prep/Flow ETL to ensure the data is available to Tableau reports • Design, develop and maintain Tableau Dashboards as per requirements from our internal stakeholders • Work with our Data Visualization SME to maintain data visualization standards across all our official reports • Contribute to our Data Dictionary and documentation • Troubleshoot Tableau Workbooks and Tableau Flow ETLs data and performance issues • Collect reporting business requirements from our business stakeholders
