IT Storefront Developer
CACI International Inc
• Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to development of ServiceNow. • Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform integration and functional testing. • Work with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for the ServiceNow environment development. • Provide excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. • Ability to understand technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. • Create and manage scripts and workflows/flows. • Build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources. • Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms. • Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. • Instruct, assign, direct and check the work of others on the development team. • Participate in development of software documentation and technical reports. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Job Requirements
- Active Secret clearance preferred; or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
- 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
- Intermediate to Advanced level of ServiceNow development skills
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
- Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
- Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
- At least one of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB.
- Significant experience with complex catalog items and supporting flows.
- JavaScript/AngularJS development experience.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.

• Process mapping (Macro and Detailed): Define and document the logical sequence of activities performed by different teams and/or departments to deliver a product or service. • Lead the mapping through collaborative meetings with stakeholders. • Act as a mediator/facilitator, organizing and structuring activities into a logical flow. • Begin with a macro-level understanding of activities and, as consensus is reached, detail them into smaller levels. • Ensure that process mapping establishes continuity so that executors and suppliers know what must be done and what internal/external customers should expect to receive. • Map the different ways activities are executed in the Execution Standards (PE), aligned with the Process Standards (PP) structure and Guidelines. • Record process flows using modeling tools or a combination of spreadsheets and text editors from the MS Office suite.
