WHAT YOU WILL DO - Profiles and prospects of the client’s non-targeted customer base group through quality, relevant outbound phone calls. - Sources new opportunities through outbound calls and effective use of available marketing tools and resources. - Effectively uses probing skills to develop and continuously update customer profiles in CRM. - Identifies and reports trends in the Promotional Product Industry. - Provides customers with information about styles, inventory, pricing, back-orders, discontinued items, shipping dates, specials, policies, and procedures by phone, email, and web. - Performs other tasks analogous to the foregoing. WHAT WE LOOK FOR - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. - Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, E-Commerce, or other similar experience. - Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. - Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus - Basic Excel skills (simple formulas) and the ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations - Ability to perform basic arithmetic (costing and pricing) - Strong attention to detail in reviewing and validating data/content - Able to interpret written instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision - Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (product listings, store setup, optimization, and SEO fundamentals) - Soft Skills - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas, follow instructions, and interact professionally with clients and team members. - Demonstrates customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different personalities. Comfortable supporting social media marketing activities. - Industry-Specific Knowledge - Experience in the promotional products industry or similar e-commerce environments is an advantage. - Familiarity with industry platforms such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore is a plus.
