With an easy-to-use app and industry-specific solutions, 7shifts saves time, reduces errors, and helps keep costs in check for over 55,000 restaurants. Our mission is to simplify team management and improve performance for restaurants, with a long-term vision of creating a thriving restaurant industry through the power of connected & engaged teams. As the Growth Marketing Manager at 7shifts, you’ll own the acquisition channels that drive pipeline for our sales team and self-serve funnel. From Google Ads and LinkedIn to webinars, direct mail, and website conversion, you’ll run it end-to-end with full ownership of budget, targeting, creative, and performance. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll use AI to move faster and operate with a level of precision that wasn’t possible a year ago - building automated workflows, optimizing campaigns in real time, and writing logic that adapts to signals in the data. What you'll do: - Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging channels. Manage budget allocation, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid optimization, and reporting. You’re accountable for CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROAS. - Drive website conversion rate optimization - Run experiments on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and page speed. Use data to identify drop-off points and ship improvements - not just recommendations. - Test, build, and scale new channels - Experiment with new channels such as webinars, direct mail, and other channels to prove ROAS and scale. - Build AI-assisted workflows – Automate the repetitive parts of your job to move faster. For example: flagging wasted spend from search term clusters, monitoring rankings, and drafting copy updates, or triggering personalized outreach based on product signals. - Collaborate across GTM – Work closely with Partner Marketing on messaging and positioning, Sales on lead quality feedback, and the GTM Data team on ICP scoring and segmentation. What you bring: - 4-7 years in growth or performance marketing, with direct ownership of paid channels (Google Ads required, LinkedIn Ads preferred) - Hands-on CRO experience - you’ve run A/B tests, redesigned landing pages, and can work in a CMS without relying on engineering - Comfort writing code or building automations to solve your own problems (e.g., Python scripts, Zapier workflows, or using LLMs to streamline execution) - Strong analytical instincts. You’re fluent in dashboards, understand statistical significance, and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes - Experience in B2B SaaS. You understand trials, demos, sales-assisted vs. self-serve funnels, and how marketing hands off to sales - Strong communicator who can clearly articulate performance, insights, and next steps This role is an existing vacancy and is part of our current hiring plan. Compensation The base compensation range for this position is CAD $88,000 - CAD $133,000. This range reflects the full growth path for the role, from building core skills to accomplished performance, through to role mastery. We typically target the accomplished level when hiring externally. At this level, individuals bring relevant experience in the role, demonstrate strong job-related skills, operate with confidence and consistency, and are able to deliver impact with limited ramp-up while still having meaningful opportunity to grow. Compensation at 7shifts is performance and growth-driven. As you develop your skills and expand your impact over time, your compensation grows with you. Your specific placement within this range is based on your job-related skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as our internal equity assessment. We are always happy to discuss our approach throughout the hiring process. Our commitment to our Shifties: - Opportunity: Our product is evolving in exciting ways, and we’re focused on delivering even more value to restaurants. This momentum creates real opportunities to learn and grow. Whether you’re honing your craft or exploring new paths, you’ll be supported and empowered to own your growth and impact a product shaping the future of the restaurant industry. - Challenge: We’re tackling real problems in a fast-moving, complex industry. The work is scrappy and ambiguous, but meaningful. Guided by our mission and values, we move fast to solve meaningful problems and celebrate wins together. Whether through in-office and remote events, team offsites like Sparks, or everyday moments of connection, we create space for shared growth, collaboration, and fun. - Equity: We’re a Series C, VC-backed SaaS company, and we believe everyone should share in the success they help create. When we build together, we grow together. - Health and Wellness: We support Shifties in and outside of work, knowing that what people need can change over time. From day one, you’ll have access to benefits like health and dental, lifestyle spending accounts to a parental leave program built with flexibility in mind, to help you bring your best self to work. - Flexibility: Our team is intentional around how and where we work, whether remotely, in person, or a mix of both. We prioritize candidates who thrive in a hybrid work environment with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto, ensuring in-person collaboration and connection when possible. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and is eager to take ownership of a sophisticated marketing engine that supports a global real estate publishing and investment business. Our operation spans international real estate, deal flow and buyer introductions, editorial and publishing (both free and paid), and multi-channel lead generation across email, SMS, YouTube, and affiliate partnerships. You will quickly take ownership of meaningful campaigns, gain visibility into a full marketing-to-sales ecosystem, and contribute directly to a business that drives real estate transactions on a global scale. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while playing a critical role in scaling a complex and high-performing marketing engine.
