Role Description As an AI Solutions Architect, you will design and deliver advanced, scalable solutions that power our clients’ transformation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on technical experience. - Depth across multiple domains, with strong proficiency in at least one: - AI/ML & Agentic Systems: Designing and deploying GenAI and agentic workflows, ML/LLMOps pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and production-grade AI solutions. - Cloud Architecture: Azure and/or AWS solution design, cloud-native patterns, and distributed systems. - Data Engineering & Analytics: Architecting big data systems, vector/embedding architectures, Spark-based workloads. - Software Engineering: Python, SQL, Java, C++, modern frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Real Estate Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing innovative technology solutions that address complex challenges within our real estate operations. Every day you will collaborate with real estate business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements, evaluate existing systems, and architect scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. You will be expected to create technical roadmaps, define system specifications, oversee implementation phases, and ensure that our real estate technology investments align with strategic business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of real estate business processes and technology, strong architectural design skills, expertise in enterprise software solutions (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Salesforce), and proven experience in translating business needs into effective technical solutions. - Act as the CommonSpirit Technology Services champion with internal and external stakeholders regarding security, compliance, feature and product roadmaps, remediation, and service level agreements. - Mentor, and coach Solution Architects I to build their skills and readiness in technology, portfolio, and platform responsibilities. - Lead focused proof-of-concept activities for technology assessments, communicate findings, develop portfolio roadmaps, investment prioritization, and successful implementation and adoption. - Be known as the subject matter expert for their portfolios/platforms and actively collaborate with other Solution Architects on IT standards, innovation and integration opportunities to enable new value chains and business efficiencies. - Act as the IT standards owner for several technology, platform, or portfolio domains and facilitate a collaborative process to establish, gain consensus, and communicate standards. - Drive adherence to IT strategy and IT standards in design processes for 3rd party services, products acquired, internal services, integrated hosted solutions, and hardware/software vendors. • As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales team, prospects and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform. • This role is key in demonstrating the positive outcomes of our product suite to prospective clients across the region. • You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS Copperleaf solutions in our core industry verticals. • Develop industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers and prospects. • Delivering impactful product demos and executive briefings (virtual and on-site) • Designing enterprise-level technology solutions • Providing technical leadership in the sales process • Engaging with the industry at external events
