• Develop, maintain, and expand our Playwright-based test suite across our web platform • Build and execute mobile test automation for our native iOS and Android apps • Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies with scalability and maintainability in mind • Contribute to AI-assisted testing practices — exploring how AI tools can help generate test cases, detect anomalies, or accelerate coverage • Build and maintain API, performance, and security test suites • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test plans, test strategies, and coverage requirements • Analyze test results and triage failures — provide detailed, actionable feedback that helps developers resolve issues quickly • Integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines to catch issues early and keep releases moving • Ensure thorough coverage through functional, regression, and integration testing across all major release cycles • Share knowledge and best practices with teammates around test automation techniques and tooling • Stay current on emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven advancements in quality engineering

• Own feature quality end-to-end (UI + API) • Write automated tests using existing tools: Selenium WebDriver Reqnroll (BDD) Playwright (growing direction) • Ensure full test coverage of features • Maintain and extend automated scenarios • Participate in regression and release testing • Work with CI pipelines (run/debug tests) • Collaborate with AQA team on framework usage

• Collaborate with engineering teams and product leaders to translate concepts and requirements into optimized automated test coverage • Automate and maintain test suites aligned with best practices and continuous integration workflows • Develop end‑to‑end automated tests for Angular-based UIs using Protractor, Jasmine, Cucumber, and Webdriver.io • Build and execute automation for REST API and system testing using scripting tools including Bash and Ansible • Design and implement lab or simulation environments to support full test scenario coverage • Analyze test outcomes, prepare reports, and investigate defects with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues effectively • Document automation status, raise defects in Jira, and research tools and methods to enhance automation capabilities

• Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and system access issues, escalating as appropriate. • Support the logging, tracking, and resolution of help desk tickets using IT service management tools. • Document support cases, resolutions, and recurring issues to help build and maintain an internal knowledge base. • Contribute to quality assurance activities, including manual application testing, test case documentation, and defect reporting. • Assist in identifying, replicating, and documenting software defects, working with developers to verify fixes. • Participate in regression testing and system validation to ensure applications meet performance and usability standards. • Learn and apply structured QA methodologies, including test planning, execution, and reporting. • Support ad hoc IT and QA projects as needed, gaining exposure to a variety of technical environments and tools.
