QA Engineer

Satellite Office

• Develop, document, and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases. • Execute manual and/or automated test scripts to identify software defects. • Report, track, and regress bugs using tools like Jira, and verify fixes. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Ensure all testing activities meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer, preferably in a multinational or outsourcing company.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and/or test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
