Job Description

Vendor Management Specialist

CNB Bank

• Assist the Vendor Management Department with day-to-day tasks related to the Bank’s TPRM Program. • Work closely with other members of the Vendor Management team to complete all required reviews and due diligence gathers to ensure the Bank’s compliance with industry best practices and auditor requirements. • Coordinate with department leads throughout the Bank to keep their vendors up to date. • Support the Vendor Management Department in day-to-day functions of TPRM. • Work with department leads throughout the Bank to collect vendor due diligence and complete vendor reviews as needed. • Aid the Vendor Management Department in completion of projects and tasks as assigned and needed. • Develop knowledge and complete trainings/verifications to stay on top of changing compliance requirements and industry best practices. • Coordinate with other Vendor Management members to complete TPRM requirements efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

  • At minimum an associate’s degree (or equivalent from a 2-year college)
  • A minimum of 2 years of TPRM or related experience, or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents.
  • Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.
  • Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use.
  • Experience with Office 365 and OneDrive and SharePoint preferred.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
