Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic sourcing professional to lead procurement strategy for raw materials across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping category strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and driving cost and margin improvement across approximately $250M in spend. As an individual contributor, the Director will operate through cross-functional influence—partnering closely with Business Unit leadership, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, R&D, and Supplier Quality. This role will define sourcing strategies, establish governance, and guide execution, which will be carried out by local procurement and operations teams.
