Job Description

Regional Sales Manager – South Central

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas

• Develop industrial distribution channel in the South Central territory • Support sales efforts of distributors • Identify additional distribution opportunities • Manage and grow the Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network • Increase sales through and expand product offering at qualified OEM focused distributor outlets • Establish yourself as a technical resource to train distributors and end-users • Meet pre-determined sales quotas • Identify and engage Engineered System (ENSY) prospects • Collaborate with ENSY sales manager to promote Wagner Engineered Systems products • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ Years of experience in industrial coatings application, equipment sales or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience with relative sales channels: distribution and direct
  • Experience in the demonstration of industrial equipment
  • Proven sales growth results
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Knowledge of industrial sales procedures
  • Experience with distribution channel processes
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Mechanical understanding of coating application equipment is required.
  • Must reside within the designated territory of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana.
