Role Description A growing, privately held company with ~$12M in annual revenue and 30 employees is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to support ongoing financial operations. This is a solo accounting role responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping using Workamajig, reporting directly to the owner. This position is available immediately as part of a planned retirement transition with standard hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a 99.9% remote role with occasional quarterly in-person meetings for team collaboration. The company is looking to ensure a smooth transition and maintain accurate financial management as the current Bookkeeper retires. Fully remote with a collaborative and supportive culture that values periodic in-person connection.
