Augury is looking for a Manager, Field Engineering to lead, mentor, and scale our team of Field Engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment of our AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will bridge the gap between technical field execution and strategic organizational goals. A Day In Your Life - Team Leadership: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of a high-performing team of Field Engineers and Implementation Coordinators. - Financial Accountability: Assume full ownership of the P&L for field operations, managing budgets, forecasting resource needs, and driving cost-effective deployment strategies. - Technology Champion: Act as a primary champion for technology implementation, driving the adoption of new digital tools and AI-driven workflows to modernize field execution. - Operational Excellence: Standardize field installation procedures and "Gold Standard" workflows to ensure consistent, scalable deployments of Augury sensors and hardware. - Technical Oversight: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues on-site. What You Bring - Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience managing technical field teams, with a proven track record of hiring and mentoring talent. - Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment projects and associated budgets/P&L. - Industrial Experience: Experience in industrial environments (e.g., manufacturing, food & beverage, or pharma) and mechanical systems is highly preferred. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $130,000-$140,000, California is $130,000-$158,000 and New York City is $130,000-$140,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
