As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process, collaborating closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts to drive satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process - Liaise between clients, candidates, and internal teams (recruitment, operations, leadership) to align on needs and expectations - Attend and support client interviews, facilitate communication, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth interview experience - Monitor the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts to ensure timely progress, quality delivery, and adherence to requirements - Partner with recruitment teams to match talent to client needs and ensure successful placements - Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand staffing services - Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights for improvement - Lead contract renewals and support negotiations - Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and presentations - Proactively resolve client and candidate concerns - Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets and margins are achieved - Conduct regular client check-ins on performance, hiring progress, and workforce strategy - Mentor and support junior team members

Job Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing role within the staffing industry
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based SMB and mid-market clients
  • Familiarity with ATS and/or CRM tools
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with recruiting, sales, and operations teams
  • Fluent conversational English
  • Legally able to work as an independent contractor in the Philippines and handle own tax/registration compliance
  • Available to work Monday–Friday during U.S. Eastern Time (ET/EST) business hours
  • Has reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup (quiet workspace and remote-work equipment such as a headset)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience tracking and reporting account performance metrics
  • Negotiation skills and experience supporting contract discussions or renewals
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Strong organization and time management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proven client relationship management and customer satisfaction delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and changing client needs
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
