As an Avaloq Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and implement efficient configuration and release management processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application deployment - Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and release issues - Continuously improve and optimize application development and deployment workflows - Implementation of core banking system - Design and writing of reports for various clients’ needs - Building of interfaces between core banking system and banking applications. - Must Have: - Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or equivalent in Engineering - At least 5 years of experience in IT systems development, parameterization or support - Good knowledge of relational databases logic and programming (preferably Oracle and PL/SQL) - Good command of the written and spoken English - Proven experience in leading and coaching a team - Avaloq experience and Certification - Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required. - Advanced level of proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended. - Build Management proficiency is suggested. As Prospect Manager, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in connecting the university’s mission with the people who make it possible—helping ensure that fundraising efforts are strategic, data-informed, and relationship-driven. This position partners closely with gift officers, advancement leadership, and the President’s Office to guide donor strategy, strengthen fundraising pipelines, and support campaigns and special initiatives.
