• Project support – collaboration with cross-functional team to support development and execution of projects. • Tasks to include developing detailed project specifications, scope of work documents, provide expert level feedback during design, and finally support execution of projects through closure. • Developing Capabilities – Identify opportunities to utilize digital manufacturing technology to drive value. • Support manufacturing needs – Implement technology in the OT space such as typical PLC/SCADA control systems and motor controls, as well support the success of modern technology deployments. • Support the evolution of data collection/contextualization/abstraction needs, and systems to perform these functions. • Working knowledge of modern technologies and methodologies is preferred. This includes: IIoT, AI, and machine learning. • Work with cross-functional group towards industry 4.0 initiatives to support future smart factory and digital twin opportunities. • Assist team with design and deployments of control systems for new construction and brownfield projects. • Maintain and modernize device level networks including ethernet, DeviceNet, and ControlNet • PLC Programming (RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, Connected Components) • SCADA Programming (Ignition (Preferred), Wonderware, CitectSCADA) • Support troubleshooting of electrical issues as they arise. These issues range from instrumentation, plc, and motor controls, up to medium voltage services. • Specification, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Troubleshooting of: Analog Sensors (4-20ma) AC variable frequency drives and starters for 480V motors Ethernet devices

• Actively monitor through ERP system and/or vendor software all maintenance activities on the mobile equipment fleet – repairs and preventive maintenance. • Take appropriate action to correct noted deficiencies by working with Operations. • Maintain and monitor oil analysis program for mobile equipment fleet. • Based on results, make recommendations for corrective actions. • Ensure proper maintenance is performed on each piece of equipment in a timely manner. Take action to correct as needed. • Monitor all spending on mobile equipment fleet to identify and initiate opportunities for improvements. • Work closely with Operations personnel to make recommendations on maintenance, major component replacement/upgrades, etc. for mobile equipment fleet. • Work closely with Operations personnel to make recommendations on critical spare parts for mobile equipment fleet. • Work closely with Operations personnel and Mine Planning to make recommendations for application of mobile equipment needed at the plant site based on mining activities. • Monitor all analytics on Covia mobile equipment fleet utilization from telematics data – owned and leased. • Take appropriate action and/or provide notification when adverse trends or deficiencies are identified. • Implement technology to improve fleet productivity and health visibility and actions. • Use insights from Data to improve safety and cost by providing safety/efficiency information to operations, monitoring fleet maintenance schedules, and recommending fleet cost optimization actions through maximizing equipment utilization. • Work closely with Procurement Department making recommendations for new and replacement equipment purchases and/or leases, including size, make, model, timing, etc. • Establish milestones and KPI’s for the mobile equipment fleet and ensure tracking of execution i.e., availability, cost per operating hour, utilization, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional and interdependent departments as required. • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Network Engineer will ensure reliable network operation across multiple data centers, plants, production facilities, and offices. - Assist with network architecture and design, engineering, and administration for all network, telecommunications, and security-related hardware and software components. - Meet uptime and reliability service level agreements across the entire Covia enterprise network infrastructure. - Ensure timely incident and problem resolution while maintaining strict adherence to change and knowledge management procedures. - Lead initiatives around the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of current and emerging network technology solutions. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in network engineering. - Network-related certifications are strongly desired. - Solid understanding and experience in supporting LAN, WAN, and voice networks. - Strong experience in deploying and supporting Cisco Wireless networks (SSO, Multiple Data Center). - Solid understanding and experience in Layer 2 foundational Network technologies (VLANs, STP flavors, DTP, link bonding, IPDT, vPC, Stacking…). - Layer 3 (static/dynamic routing - EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) knowledge and experience. - Knowledge and experience administering “Next Generation Firewalls” and IPS policies. - Knowledge and experience implementing and supporting SD-WAN products (preferably Cisco and Aruba). - Knowledge and experience administering on-premise and/or Cloud VoIP solutions. - Knowledge and experience with Cisco Prime, Catalyst Center, ThousandEyes, Identity Service Engine. - Experience working in Manufacturing and mining Environment is preferred. - Ability to travel to remote locations in the US, work with OT team to execute network refresh. - Highly self-motivated and directed; logical and efficient with strong problem-solving skills. - Experience training, coaching, and mentoring junior staff members desired. - Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive internal and external information.
