Job Description
Longevity Physician
Blueprint
Death is our only foe. Blueprint was founded by Bryan Johnson, who has the world’s best comprehensive biomarkers. He is quantitatively the healthiest person on the planet. Blueprint is methodically built on science. We are a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. This role blends high-touch concierge care with strategic clinical oversight, ensuring our protocols are not just data-driven, but biologically optimized for the modern world.
Job Requirements
- Requirements:
- As a Precision Physician:
- Data-Dense Interpretation: Review genomic, laboratory, imaging, and wearable data, interpreting it through the lens of individual biochemical individuality.
- High-Touch Concierge Care: Conduct telemedicine visits that mirror the "white-glove" service of concierge medicine—prioritizing patient access, deep listening, and comprehensive health advocacy.
- Longevity Intervention: Develop personalized, lifestyle-first health plans that prioritize mitochondrial health, phase I/II detoxification, and metabolic flexibility.
- Longitudinal Partnership: Manage a small, high-intensity cohort of patients, refining their protocols over time based on real-time biomarker feedback.
- Team approach: working collaboratively with health coaches, dieticians, and care coordinators.
- Strategic & Cross-Functional:
- Product Evolution: Work with Product and Engineering teams to build the "clinical brain" of the Blueprint platform.
- The Voice of Medicine: Serve as the clinical voice in cross-functional initiatives involving Growth, Operations, and the "Don't Die" movement.
- Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school with 10+ years of clinical practice.
- Concierge/Longevity Background: Proven track record in a high-touch longevity focused concierge model or a boutique longevity clinic.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a Medical Director or executive clinical role.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license (multistate preferred) and current DEA.
- The "Blueprint" Mindset: A passion for data, self-experimentation, and the rejection of the "standard of care" when the standard is mediocrity.
- What Success Looks Like:
- Clinical Mastery: Defensible, data-backed medical decisions that move the needle on patient biological age and vitality.
- Scalable Excellence: Building clinical workflows that allow Blueprint to scale without losing the intimacy and precision of concierge care.
- AI Integration: Partnering with AI tools to uncover deep clinical insights across thousands of data points.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $200-300k + variable pay + equity + benefits
