Job Description What You Get To Do: Join Dungarvin’s Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in connecting great people to meaningful work. As a TA Specialist, you’ll manage a high-volume requisition load, build strong candidate and hiring manager relationships, and deliver a stellar experience at every step of the process. You’ll own recruitment for DSP and ancillary roles within your market and may also support Program Manager/Director and other regional needs as assigned. From sourcing to offer, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart, timely hires that fuel our mission. Qualifications Must Have: - Expertise & Education: 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree.
