Currency Processing Solutions Program Manager
Fifth Third Bank
• Acts independently to perform more complex Currency Processing Solutions conversion coordination duties including: completion of customer correspondence and conversion schedules, completion of required paperwork such as worksheets and completion of other required conversion tasks as necessary. • Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. • Works with Sales team to create ROI and business case analysis. • Completes Time and Motion studies and corresponding reports for client analysis. • Performs Project Management, which includes coordinating with CPS Sales, CPS Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Vendor teams and the merchant. • Establishes pilot parameters and measurable objectives for moving to production. • Creates conversion schedules and task assignments for rollout, including training, installation, testing and go live.
Job Requirements
- Four-year degree in business or related field preferred.
- Ten or more years of experience in store operations or industrial engineering preferred.
- Technical knowledge to consult on Smart Safes, cash flow, working capital, treasury management and relative currency processing solutions preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate CPS processing concepts verbally and in written form is a mandatory requirement of this position.
- Experience with Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is necessary.
