Strategic Account Executive

RingCentral

• Drive new revenue through strategic customer acquisition within assigned Fortune 500 / Fortune 1000 accounts • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Own and execute territory strategy, including pipeline development, forecasting, and go-to-market planning • Navigate and lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with a value-based selling approach • Identify and penetrate greenfield opportunities by leveraging cross-functional resources (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, etc.) • Build and expand executive-level relationships within key accounts • Partner with Global System Integrators, consultants, and strategic partners to co-sell and deliver customer value • Lead contract negotiations and structure win-win agreements aligned to customer outcomes

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud, VoIP, or related solutions)
  • Proven success selling into Fortune 500 / Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations
  • Nice to have Healthcare or Financial Services Experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota in complex, enterprise sales environments
  • Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Salesforce, and Global System Integrators
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Expertise in managing long, complex sales cycles and large deal negotiations
  • Skilled in delivering compelling presentations and virtual demos using a structured sales methodology
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close net-new business while expanding existing relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into business value
