Virtual Sales Specialist Consumibles Este rol dse encarga de asegurar el crecimiento rentable y sostenido del negocio de consumibles principalmente de las soluciones de restauradora, preventiva, endodoncia y laboratorio, generando demanda, captando nuevas oportunidades, reactivando clientes y apoyando la conversión de negocio mediante contacto remoto con clínicas, distribuidores y cuentas asignadas. Responsabilidades - Realizar llamadas de ventas consultivas por teléfono con clientes existentes; adquisición de nuevos clientes o prospectos; adquisición de clientes activos - Procesamiento de consultas y envíos de clientes - Uso del sistema CRM (Salesforce), incluida la documentación de las interacciones con los clientes y la entrada de pedidos - Extensión dirigida al cliente durante las campañas de ventas (dando soporte al equipo de ventas de campo, generación de clientes potenciales y generación de ingresos) - Soporte de iniciativas de ventas especiales y promociones de ventas virtuales - Comprometerse activamente con un grupo de clientes específico en función del producto o enfoque regional, impulsando relaciones de ventas continuas. (cuentas propias) - Mantener registros detallados de las actividades de ventas, interacciones con los clientes y comentarios del mercado usando el software CRM. - Entrada a la planificación de la cuenta y colaboración con el equipo de ventas de campo - Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada en líneas de productos y unidades de negocio. - Contribución a la estrategia general de ventas según corresponda. - Mantente actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria, las actividades de la competencia y los desarrollos de nuevos productos para proporcionar información y recomendaciones relevantes. - Colaborar de manera efectiva con los socios distribuidores según sea necesario en el proceso de venta. - Fomentar y mantener relaciones y asociaciones profundas tanto internamente con representantes de ventas externos como externamente con los clientes, garantizando la colaboración sostenida y el compromiso del cliente más allá de las interacciones de ventas iniciales. - La lista de clientes por representante de ventas puede definirse totalmente o puede variar de forma continua dependiendo del enfoque que adopte la unidad de negocio Requisitos - Formación médica comercial y/o (dental) completada con éxito, así como experiencia profesional en ventas, marketing o comunicaciones - 3-5+ años de experiencia en venta. - Experiencia en el uso de técnicas de ventas virtuales/digitales/remotas y con métodos de trabajo digitales. - Experiencia en manejar quejas y actuar como consultor de dispositivos médicos - Dominio de las herramientas de MS Office y un sistema ERP (idealmente Microsoft Dynamics AX) - La experiencia con un sistema CRM (preferiblemente Salesforce) es una ventaja - Interés en temas técnicos y médicos, con una fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades de seguimiento - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación organizativa, escrita y verbal - Español a nivel nativo o casi nativo; buen inglés escrito y hablado; italiano adicionales es una ventaja - #LI-MB2
